David Brown
David is the Managing Director of Red Hawk Associates and is ultimately responsible for the firm's Clients. 

Over the past three decades, David has become an expert at helping small and mid-sized businesses find capital, sell all or part of businesses to raise capital for shareholders and in crises, turn those businesses around.  David began his post graduate career with Deloitte & Touche, was an investment banker at McDonald & Co., cofounded a boutique consulting/investment banking firm and then in 1998, founded Red Hawk.

David earned a B.S. in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He continued his academic pursuits and earned an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. David became a Certified Turnaround Professional in 1995.

David is a leader in a number of professional organizations including the Ohio Venture Association, Turnaround Management Association, Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, and the Mayfield Sand Ridge Club.

David enjoys auto racing, skiing and studying history in his spare time. He is married with two teenage boys.
